In most cases taxes and fees are included, please bear in mind most resorts and large hotel chains do charge resort fees and city taxes. We suggest that you research the hotel you are planning to stay before booking your room.

Generally when a hotel or resort charges extra fees it is because of local taxes and laws, Asiaroom.com is not allowed to collect these taxes and fees they are paid directly to the city by the hotel or resort.

AsiaRoom.com understands that sometimes things do happen, you are given a grace period immediately after your booking is made, to make changes to your reservation. Please do bear in mind the cancellation policies of each hotel is different your reservation contract is with the hotel and follows the hotels policies and rules. Asiarooms is simply offering you cheap rates we are not afilliated in any way with the hotels.
