Nice villa near the beach in a small quite and closed road of the village, two bedroom and two bathroom with a big and airy patio, a double private park, 15 minutes from CTA Catania Airport, 30 minutes from Siracusa and 10 minutes from Highway, since june to september many fruit and vegetables, bread, fish and ice cream sellers offer their product by truck. The house is confortable for 4 adults and a child with ready to use bed, an additional bed can be opened. Sand beach 200mt from the house.
